Robyn Lofton, B.S., BC-HIS, is the Owner and Lead Practitioner of Hearing Associates of Las Vegas. As a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with over two decades of experience in hearing healthcare, Robyn is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with the people, sounds, and experiences that matter most through personalized hearing and tinnitus care.

Robyn chose a career in hearing healthcare because of the profound impact better hearing can have on a person’s quality of life. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to providing compassionate, individualized care while utilizing the latest advancements in hearing technology and tinnitus treatment. She believes that successful hearing care extends far beyond fitting hearing aids and requires listening, education, trust, and long term support.

In addition to her extensive experience in hearing loss treatment and hearing aid technology, Robyn has developed specialized expertise in tinnitus management. She has completed advanced training in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) and is a certified Lenire provider, allowing her to offer comprehensive tinnitus treatment options in her clinics to patients seeking relief from chronic tinnitus symptoms.

As the owner of multiple hearing healthcare practices across Nevada and Arizona, Robyn takes great pride in leading a team that prioritizes exceptional patient care and life changing outcomes. Her greatest professional satisfaction comes from helping patients regain confidence, reconnect with loved ones, and improve their quality of life through better hearing and communication.

Robyn is committed to lifelong learning and continually pursues advanced education and training to ensure her patients have access to the latest innovations in hearing and tinnitus care. She is passionate about expanding access to specialized hearing and tinnitus services throughout the Southwest while maintaining the personalized, family focused approach that defines her practices.

Outside of the office, Robyn enjoys traveling, building LEGO sets, spending time with family, and creating content with her beloved four legged fur baby, Rella, a tiny Parti Yorkie who has become a favorite among patients and followers alike. She and her husband, Lionel, share a passion for building businesses that positively impact the communities they serve.

Lionel Lofton is the Co Owner of Hearing Associates of Las Vegas, where he is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for every patient and family who visits the practice. Dr. Shelby McCann, Au.D., CCC-A, is a licensed Doctor of Audiology who is passionate about helping patients improve their hearing, communication, and overall quality of life. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient centered care and believes that every patient deserves personalized treatment tailored to their unique hearing needs and goals.

Dr. McCann earned her Doctor of Audiology degree and has dedicated her career to helping individuals of all ages overcome hearing challenges and reconnect with the people and experiences that matter most. She combines advanced diagnostic testing, evidence based treatment approaches, and the latest hearing technology to develop comprehensive hearing healthcare solutions for each patient she serves.

In addition to treating hearing loss, Dr. McCann has a special interest in tinnitus management and advanced tinnitus treatment options. She works closely with patients experiencing tinnitus to develop individualized treatment plans designed to reduce the impact of tinnitus on their daily lives and improve overall well being. Penny Lilly is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist who is passionate about helping people reconnect with the sounds and relationships that matter most. A Las Vegas native, Penny has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss through personalized hearing healthcare and compassionate patient care.

After graduating from college in 2016, Penny began working in the hearing healthcare field and quickly discovered her passion for helping patients experience the life changing benefits of better hearing. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and takes pride in guiding them through every step of their hearing journey.

Known for her patience, empathy, and attentive listening skills, Penny believes that every patient deserves to be heard and understood. Her favorite part of her work is seeing how improved hearing can strengthen communication with family and friends and enhance overall quality of life.

Throughout her career, Penny has helped develop training programs for new team members and remains committed to providing exceptional care to every patient she serves. Her guiding philosophy is simple: always listen to the patient.

Stephanie discovered her passion for healthcare at a young age and has always been drawn to careers where she can make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. After earning her bachelor’s degree from Nevada State College, she pursued a career in patient care, where she found fulfillment in helping individuals navigate their healthcare experiences with compassion and confidence. As the Insurance Specialist for Hearing Associates of Las Vegas, Stephanie works closely with patients to help them understand their hearing benefits, insurance coverage, and financing options, ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, Stephanie enjoys knowing that every day she has the opportunity to help someone.
